This is just a little information site concerning CLAMP's series 'Gouhou Drug' (also known as Lawful Drug, Legal Drug, etc.) ^_^ I try to look at some of the main topics in depth, but beware: I might get carried away XD Introduction... The story starts with Kazahaya, our young protagonist, knelt beneath a Christmas Tree in the snow on Christmas eve, very cold and homeless. Eventually the cold gets to him and he collapses, the crowds of people just continuing to walk by, ignoring him. He declares with determination that he will not die, no matter what, summoning all his strength before collapsing again, conciousness fading fast. Suddenly, he catches a glimpse of another young man, Rikuou, who stands nearby, watching him. The two make eye contact, staring briefly before Kazahaya's eyes slowly close. Rikuou pauses for a moment before turning away to leave, when he hears Kazahaya murmer weakly that he's not dead yet. Rikuou hesitates... glancing at the young boy's unconcious face as the snow falls gently upon it before a somewhat melancholy expression crosses his own. Eventually, he crouches down, taking Kazahaya into his arms and carrying him back to The Green Drugstore... ... A month or so later, we find Kazahaya living not-so-happily with Rikuou above the Green Drugstore, working for the beautiful but mysterious Kakei. However, Kakei also seems to have another business besides just the drugshop... Clients searching for 'unusual' items mean that Kazahaya and Rikuou are sent on 'extra' jobs which are often risky beyond what most part-time jobs should entail (even if they are making extra wages). What's more, Kazahaya and Rikuou have certain 'gifts' - psychic powers which not only help on these jobs, but are also somehow linked to their mysterious pasts...
